Character Migration

The server merge has now been fully completed, and the newly merged realm Basin of Stars is officially open!

During this merge, we processed over one million database records and went through countless rounds of debugging to complete the migration successfully. Even experienced database engineers encountered major technical challenges due to GUID conflicts within the item database. Despite these difficulties, our team remained committed to overcoming every obstacle and turned what once seemed nearly impossible into reality.

As part of the database optimization process, we also removed approximately two million inactive characters. These were primarily low-level characters with very little playtime and minimal gold.

We sincerely apologize for the long wait and greatly appreciate your patience.

Before launch, our operations team conducted extensive random inspections of player accounts. Character data, items, gold, and guild information were all verified to be intact. We also specifically checked low-level storage characters used by players to hold valuable items in order to minimize the risk of any item loss.

⚠️ Additional Information

🔸 If you have more than 10 characters across the original three realms, please delete the excess characters yourself.

🔸If you encounter missing characters or any other data-related issues after logging in, please contact a GM in-game. We will investigate your case as quickly as possible and provide an appropriate solution.
